Whiskas
One of the UK's best-known mainstream cat food brands, originating in 1936 in Los Angeles (as Kal Kan) and owned by Mars since 1968. Whiskas sells wet food in pouches, trays and tins, dry biscuits and cat milk, and is a cat-only brand (Mars split its dog lines into Pedigree in 1989).
