HiLife is the brand of Town & Country Petfoods, a family business established in 1974 by John Parkinson in Melton Mowbray that originally made own-label pet food, including HiLife for Boots the Chemist. Parkinson bought the HiLife brand from Boots in 1987 and built it into a national brand of natural wet and dry dog and cat foods. Town & Country was later acquired by Assisi Pet Care.
