Chudleys grew out of a 1980s collaboration between the Chudley family, breeders of champion Labradors and Spaniels, and feed manufacturer Dodson & Horrell, producing formulas engineered for working breeds. A Royal Warrant was first granted for Chudleys dog food in 2006, reissued to Gold Line Feeds Ltd after a 2020 restructure. It is manufactured in Northamptonshire and is a leading gundog and working-dog feed.
